South By Southwest® (aka SXSW) is an annual music-tech-film festival that takes place all over the city of Austin. The last day of SXSW 2025 just so happens to coincide with our wedding. We don't anticipate this causing any big issues, but it could contribute to longer transit times and/or slightly inflated flight/hotel prices. Please keep this in mind when making your plans!
Nope! The Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center prohibits the use of all forms of tobacco products, smoking, and vaping on the venue property. Thank you for understanding!
The areas of the Wildflower Center we'll be utilizing for the ceremony & reception are all fully accessible!
If you need to borrow a wheelchair for the event - we can arranged to have one waiting for you at the entrance. Please just let us know when you RSVP!
Yes! The Wildflower Center has a parking lot on-site as well as additional street parking on La Crosse Avenue.
If needed, the city of ATX allows you to leave your car parked on the street overnight. Please drink & drive responsibly (we love y'all)!

Cocktail attire is recommended!
BUT we want all of our guests to be comfortable, so please wear whatever will allow you to feel your best!
Note: Some areas of the venue are cobblestone, so keep that in mind when choosing your shoes.
Due to space limitations, we are unable to accommodate plus ones for everyone (even though we wish we could). Please do not bring a plus one, unless we have provided you with the option of adding a plus one when you RSVP. Thanks so much for understanding!
Invited kiddos will be specifically named on your invitation!
Note: Certain elements of the evening's festivities are planned to be more adult-oriented. Open bar y'all and there will be *uncensored* music playing during the reception.

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early! The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00pm.
We will be having an *unplugged* ceremony & ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. After that, photos are welcome & encouraged!
